V. Main Structural Features
1-Basic parts are made of high-intensive cast iron by the technology of resin sand. The precision stability is high under numerical control.
2-The lathe is composed of movable column, horizontal bed and revolving working table. The design is reasonable occupying few place and easy to transport.
3-The Axis X. Y. Z are all guided by imported linear rolling rail. High load bearing ability and anti torque ability. Fast response speed. Good low-speed characteristic.
4-Indexing rotary working table accurately realize indexing location and indexing process.
5-Imported high-speed precise spindle, high rotation rate, big output power, highest rotation rate of chief axis 6000rpm, suitable for high speed precision process.
6-Optimized design of 3-axis servomechanism. 2-direction pretension location. The two surfaces of the bearing are sealed from dust and easy to repair or adjust.
7-The lathe is designed as totally enclosed. The axis X. Y & Z are all stainless-steel protective.
8-Double helix chip removal, cutting fluid filtered, imported pump. Excellent cooling and chip removal.
