6.Middle Production:
1) Send photo to show the production line which you can see your products.
2) Confirm the delivery date again.
7. End Production: Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. you can also arrange the third party inspection.
8. Clients make balance payment and Cuphome Ship the goods.
9. Order can be say "Finish" when you receive the goods and satisfy with them.

Usually our MOQ is 3000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need,
we will calculate the cost correspondingly,
hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products

2. Can i Get samples?
Yes, but some samples charge is needed for custom designs.
Samples charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.
3. How long is the lead time of the samples?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 working days.
If you want your own design, it takes 5-10 working days,
subject to your designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.
4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity,
which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. JPG, AI,CDR or PDF are all ok.
We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
6. How many colors are available?
PSM colors. Tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match it.
7. Which kinds of Certificate would you have?This model have no certificate at present,
But our Material can pass SGS,FDA, LFGB, CIQ etc.If you want any certificates, we can help to contact certification company to do this certification, and the cost can be negotiate according to specific circumstances.
