The Character of wedge wire stainless steel water well pipe screen
1. It has high mechanical strength, can bear large pressure drop.
2. It has equal slots for filtering, can form equally distributed filter cake, easy to clean for reuse.
3. The wedge type slot can improve backflushing and regeneration performance.
4. It has resistance to pressure, temperature, aging, corrosion, can be applied for different kinds of fluid.
Its' material is stainless steel.The profile wire wraps around internal array of longitudinal support rods.Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded.
The profile wire wraps around the support rods over the full length of the screen creating a continuous slot opening. So the screen can allow water and oil to enter the well freely.And at the same time,it keeps the majority of the sand and gravel out of the well.The length and the thickness are according to the customers' requirements.
