1. BELT FEEDER INTRODUCTIONThe GLD series belt feeder has been widely used in belt conveyor systems and colliery system. Belt feeder characterized by a large flow of new feeding equipment. Belt feeder is a K-type reciprocating feeder whereby the feed motion is resisted by rolling friction rather than slidingfriction. The coefficient of friction is therefore greatly reduced , with a corresponding reduction in power consumption. Feeder modes can be intermittent and continuous feeds, or a continuously variable quantity.
