 System measuring work. According to the procedures of chinese Fuel-filling machine measuring verification J J G 259-2005, Gun company developed this verification legal apparatus according to the product by NIM.
 
.special measure tank features  
 This product is made of stainless steel , its nominal capacity : 1L,2L,5L,10L,20L,50L,100L,200L,500L,1000L,2000L,5000L,accuracy 0.025%.
1.This metal measare has circulated tube,through which Liquid overflow from the bottom of this product to the top ,avoiding oil bubble while testing to ensure accuracy.        
   2.Not orly used for special metal measure, but also for general one.     
 .Requirements for this product
1.According to.the procedures of JJG 259-2005the standard metal measure.
  2.Wash it clean after finishing using it. Wash it using 
water when the sample petrol vapored , First use petrol to wash when the sample is thick (e.g.kerosene , diesel oil )then water.
   3.Lay it on the ground ,gradually remove the static 
charge while testing.
       4.If its liquid tube is connected non-metal soft tube,the soft tube must have conductor of conducting the static , and the conductor should be on the ground.
 
     .Test for fule-filling machine.  
The method of this product is capacity of comparative law,that is to compare the indication with the actual capacity (conversion to 20ºC),the difference between the two is the basic error of the tanker.
       Standard temperature is 20ºC
1. Adiust the standard Metal Tank.
    (1).Lay the standard metal measure on the hard ground.(if equipped on the delivery vehicle or other standing shelf, ensure the measure not to shake),then connect the wire to the ground.also,this metal measure should avoid direct sunlight.
    (2).Open it , pour oil into the standard metal measare using oil filling gun .when it is full ,shut the handle switch,then shut the fretting switch (or trailer switch),to make sure the pipeline is full. (The liquid transparent and no bubble).
    (3).Make the standard metal measare level.  
    (4).Tum on the valve at the bottom of the standard metal measure,and release oil ,when the oil of the fluid mouth disappear ,begin to calculate while dropping down .Turn off the valve after one minute (when the sample oil is kerosene or desel ,turn off the valve after 3 mins).
 
2.Indication comparison
(1)Make the single calculator be back to zero ,then open it ,use oil gun to add oil ,meanwhile use thermometer to measure the oil tempereture at the exit .when the oil inside go to the  measurement neck scale ,turm off the machine ,write down the indication of it .
Notes : The process should be finished only once ,not allowed to stop halfway.
(2)when the bubble disappear , read the indication according to the lowest bottom of the bent moon in the measurement neck ,then measure the oil temperatare in the middle lf the standard metal measure. 
(3)The indication readings of the oil filling machine and the standard metal measare are measured in litres with a dedcimal point behind the two.
     (4)The steps above are should be done three times under the max.flow.the difference should not deyond the following allowed error. The basic difference is the arithmetic mean of three times' measuring differences .the difference and the three times measurement repeatability should not exceed chart 1.

    (5)If exceed chart l ,while displacement regulators don't reach the limits of the circumstances ,adjust it and then retest it .
 
3.Calculation
the practical capacity VB measured by the standard metal measure at 20ºC should be calculated according to the following formula.
VS=[1+βY(tJ-tB)+βJ(20-tJ)+βB(tB-20)]
In formula : VB-means indication of the liquid level.
βY-means expansion coefficient .
βJ-means cxpansion coefficient of the oil filling machine materials.
βB-means expansion coefficient of the standard metal measure materials.   
tJ-its temperature (replace wity the oil gun mouth tempenature).
tB-its temperatare (replace with inside temprrture).
(1)When tJ.tB.is within 10ºC-25ºC,Chart 1 can be simplified : VS=VB[1+βY(tJ-tB)](2)
