Details:
1. Steatite works very well in cold switching applications.
2. Steatite is used to support heating elements in electric heaters, toasters, and ovens.
3. Steatite is a good high voltage insulator. It holds up under thousands of volts without breaking down.
4. Steatite ceramic parts are usually small and are formed from dry powder in a compaction press. The parts are then fired in the kiln. Diamond abrasives are used to grind parts to size for high tolerance applications.

Electronic ceramic have bare 92%, 96% alumina substrate and different metallized ceramic substrate, LED ceramic lamp holder or base and so forth.
Structure ceramic include 95%, 99% alumina, steatite, toughened alumina(ZTA), zirconia products. The structure ceramic products include ceramic shaft, screw, seals, ceramic components for welding, textile ceramics and otherwise. We make them according to customer's design with detail specification.
