The project USES the H steel truss , a single unit on bottom chord truss height is 5.40 m, length is 72.40 m , width is 69.23 m, the main truss capacity is 1260 tons of steel.
All welds are made from steel cutter groove processing, to ensure the welding quality.Tee joint, butt joint and some corner for full penetration weld seam, weld seam is 100% inspection. h-beam alien joint is as many as nine.Drilling component USES the high strength bolt connection, a single connection parts quantity is up to 300 pcs, drilling hole is 259496 pcs in all.
In order to ensure the hole rate, on-site installation accuracy and machining process, the production of single component is in the form of standard parts, all nodes in the workshop and artifacts are 1:1 lofting, and assembling, three-dimensional borehole drilling for numerical control.
