Product Description
Steel fiber strengthening refractory castable
1. Definition:
It is a kind of refractory castable, adding the certain size steel fiber into the mixed material of refractory aggregate, binding agent and additive, etc.
2. Highlight:
1). Strength wear resistance
2). Restrain shrinkage of castable when it is maintained, roasted and working at high temperature
3). Improve toughness, mechanical shock resistance and mechanical intensity of castable
4). Improve the thermal shock resistance of the castable
5). Prevent the castable from breaking or spalling of which is resulted from microcrack's expansion or elongation under the action of thermal stress and mechanical stress.

4. Application:
1). Most used as lining in constructing industry furnaces, touches the high temperature air, or solid material, such as the roof of electric stove, ladle covered, covers of heating stove, soaking pit furnace cover and body, heat-treatment furnace lining body, high temperature cyclone separator lining, cement rotary furnace cooling barrel lining, shaft baking furnace lining, etc.
2). It is also used as container, chute, ingredients, etc, which discontinuously touch the high temperature furnaces, such as electric furnace ladle, jet metallurgy use monolithic lance, hot iron removing sulfur stirrer, and so on.

1. History:
Zhengzhou Huaxin Refractories Industrial Co., Ltd. Was established in 1986, and is located in Xinmi, a place being rich in mineral resources. Xinmi is one of most important refractory bases in China. We have been professionally manufacturing refractory materials for over 20 years. In 2005, we got ISO9001: 2000 Certificate.
2. Equipment:
We also have 2 branches and 1 sales office in Zhengzhou City. We have about 800 sets of production and inspection equipment, including 2 high temperature tunnel furnaces (one is 146 meters long and the other is 158 meters long), 3 high temperature (1650 celsius degrees) fuel shuttle kilns, 1 super high temperature (1760 celsius degrees) fuel drawer kiln, various types of pressure machines, electronic batching systems and advanced inspection and packing machines. Our annual output is 80000 metric tons.
3. Main products:
We are mainly producing the following series of products:
1). Silicon series: Silicon bricks
2). Aluminum silicate series: High Alumina Bricks for EAF, clay bricks, low creep high alumina bricks and highly charged phosphate soft bricks
3). Zircon series: Casting zirconia corundum bricks (casting products producing with oxidation and Reduction ways and with the properties of Zro 33%~44%)
4). Magnesium Series: Magnesium bricks, Magnesia-chrome bricks, semi-combined Magnesia-chrome bricks, Magnesium Spinel bricks and Magnesium Olivine bricks
5). Pouring series: Clay big bricks, Tin box bottom bricks and Sillimanite bricks
6). Others: High strength light insulating bricks, ceramic sand and various unshaped refractory materials
4. Application:
Our products can reach the technical requirement of various high temperature furnaces. We offer quality products to customers in the Construction, metallurgical, power, petrochemical, ceramic and machinery casting industries. With high quality products, fast delivery and excellent service, we have sold our products to 29 provinces in China, and our products are exported to Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Russia, the USA, Germany and other countries and regions.
5. New products:
We research and produce a kind of new product - flow block, which is used in aluminum electrolyzer. It has low carbon, eco friendly and energy saving features. Our products are welcomed by the middle and larger Aluminum plants in Mainland China.
