Size, office building. Width, 12m. Length, 30m. Eave height, 10m(the inner height of first floor is 3.5m, second floor is 3m, third floor is 3m). Workshop, width, 20m, length, 90m. Eave height is 10m(the inner height of first floor is 5m, second floor is 4.5m). The total size is 4680m2.

This workshop is portal frame, bolt connection. Independent foundation added land beam. Steel column is connected to foundation column. Steel beam is connected to steel column. The column space is 6m. The beam and column is Q235B. The details is as follows:

Office building, the section of column in first floor is 396*199*7*11 H type steel. The section of beam in floor beam is 396*199*7*11 H type steel. The section of secondary floor beam is 298*149*5.5*8 H type steel. It is irrigated 100mm concrete on the deck. The section of third floor column and beam is 298*149*5.5*8 H type steel. There are two colored steel gutter on the roof. Roof use 75mm glasswool sandwich panel. Slope is 1/10.

Workshop, the first column is 396*199*7*11 H type steel. Foor beam is 396*199*7*11 H steel. Secondary floor beam is 298*149*5.5*8 H type steel. It is irrigated 100mm concrete on the deck. The beam and column in the second floor is 248*124*5*8 H type steel. Roof panel is 75mm glasswool sandwich panel. There are two colored steel gutter.

Wall, it is brick wall below 1.2m. There is HV 900 glass wool sandwich panel beyond 1.2m. Window is plastic steel, door is sliding door. The life span is 50 years. Fire proof is 3 grade. Seismic fortification intensity is 7 grade.
