0000	Super fine	For varnish, polyurethane, smooth lacquer and shellac. Buffing woodwork and furniture to a high luster with wax or oil.
000	Extra fine	For scuff sanding and removing imperfections between coats, removing paints splatters and drips.
00	Very fine	Perfect for polishing and cleaning metal surf items, removing stains from wood floors or old finishes on antiques.
0	Fine	Using with a cleaner to scour pots and pans. Clean porcelain and tiles. Also be used with scouring powder or cleaners on tiles.
1	Medium	Preparing wood surface for smooth raised grain or primary coats. Suitable for cleaning copper fittings and pipes.
