Product Description
Pasteurization machine is extensively applied to food packing of second time sterilizing treatment in order to extend the produce's expired date, mainly divided into water dip treatment and steam treatment.
Specification of technical flow for Water Dip Treatment production line: Delivering the well-packed produce to the conveyer belt and passing to the sterilizing tunnel (high pressure water pump and steam mixed and heating up) to process the sterilizing treatment (90 degree, 10 to 30 minutes, temperature and time can be adjusted as per required), and can be feeding to the cooling tunnel after sterilized automatically (water cycle cooling) to process the treatment of depressed temperature, and after that feeding to drying machine for dryness treatment automatically and delivering to the working platform for packing directly.
Features: The fitting is made by the 304 stainless steel completely, and the conveyer belt of sterilization production line uses the stainless steel chain bar and 304 plates punched and pressured with combined installation. Using the imported scale valve for heating, controlling steam to adjust the balance of temperature, the high pressure pump making water heating cycle for more logic and energy-saving, temperature accurately.
