Brief Introduction:
We can supply single-layer, double-layer and three-layer stainless steel tanks with or without agitation to blend product. Single-layer tanks are widely applied in the beverage, food, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical and process industries used as blender tank, buffer tank and storage tank, which cleanable to sanitary standards.

The tank adopts vertical or horizontal and single-layer or double-layer structure and adds heat insulating layer according to the requirements of customers. The inner layer is be polished to Ra0.45μ M and the outside surface adopts mirror or frosted plate to keep warm. There are water inlet, reflux inlet, sterilizing inlet, cleaning inlet, manhole cover and 0.45μ M air respirator.

Application field:
Used as liquid storage tank, liquid composing tank, temporary storage tank, rawness milk tank, processed milk tank, mixing tank, waiting for filling tank, etc.
Ideal in field such as foods, dairy products, fruit juice beverages, pharmacy, chemical industry and biological engineering etc.

Structure characteristics:
Top cover: Can open and cover to seal;
The top: Charging valve, dustproof respirator, illumination vision mirror;

Bottom: Furnished with the angle valve, a temperature sensor, lower wheel of six universal feet, with the brake device,
Adjustable lower speed blender, The material of the inner layer is made of 316L, Interior polished Ra<0.4& micro. The middle and external layers is made of 304. Polished Ra<0.8& micro. Sealing material is VITON. The heat preservation is adopted ROCK COTTON. All electric apparatuses of apparatus in order to set up waterproof.

According to different storing capacities, there are 1000-15000L models. The tanks with storing capacity of above 20000L are advised to use outdoor store tanks which are made of SUS304 and feature good heat insulation ability.
