Submerged Arc Automatic Welding Machine for horizontal welding of storage tanksIt has features as following:1.The efficiency is 30-50 times higher than traditional manual welding.
2.Applicable to both bottom-to-top and top-to-bottom tank erection.
3.Standard machine suitable for shell plate width:1.3m to 2.8m,suitable for shell plate thickness from 8mm to 50mm.
4.One set of driving system can be applied for tank erection both bottom-to-top and top-to-bottom.
5.90% of tank seam welding can be done automatically when match with AUTO Automatic girth seam welding machine and butt/corner seam welding machine.
6.Suitable for max. shell plate width of LNG tank:4.8m
7.Min. gap between double shells of LNG tank:800mm
8.First X-ray qualifiation rate above 99%.

AUTO Automatic Electro-Gas Vertical Welding Machine (EGW) series products are a kind of effective and efficient automatic equipment, which can complete the welding of butt joint vertical seams with capabilities of one-off compulsory shaping of welding seams.It has the characteristics of adopting new CNC control technology, nice shaping of welding pass and good quality. The efficiency is 30-50 times higher than traditional manual welding by using Φ1.2mm to Φ1.6mm special automatic electro gas vertical welding wire.
It has bevel adapting function, which is able to automatically weld even if the beveling shape is irregular. It can also adapt to high speed welding in a slope angle less than 30 degrees. It works steadily in welding process and is easy to operate. With compact structure, simple operation and easy installation, it enhances welding efficiency and decreases welding preparation time in practical application.
