JF-7 is made up from a mixture of set retarder, stabilizing agent, intensifier and etc.
JF-7 characteristic are efficient water-reducing rate, delayed coagulation, less loss of slump constant, etc.
JF-7 is the best choice for concocting the high-strength concrete.
JF-7 can produce powder, liquid in two forms, to meet the different needs of the project.
Properties
Excellent water-reducing ability. JF-7 can significantly reduce 15% ~25% mixing water in concrete with 1.5%~3.0% dosage.
Air content increased slightly, and no adverse effects for concrete strength.
Increase value of fall highness: 10-18cm,1h loss<1/7, 2h loss<1/5,JF-7 is favorable for transportation and running castings of commercial concrete.
Setting time delay about 1-3h, and can be adjusted at any time in accordance with the actual requirements.
JF-7 can improve and enhance the each index of concrete, e.g. durability, workability, rupture strength, pull resistance, impermeability and etc.
JF-7 applies to concrete work under the condition of 5degree-40degree.
When JF-7 mixed use with other admixture, test must be done to confirm the validity.
When first use this product and change the cement type, it should be according to the actual project.
Packaging, transport and storage
Powder JF-7 is available in 25kg film-lined bags. Liquid JF-7 is available in sealed plastic or iron tank. Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.
Special measures should be taken to ensure entire package. Keep waterproof during transportation.
Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage. Quality guarantee of JF-1 is three year under normal conditions. If storage has surpassed the time, test must be done to confirm the validity.
