ZXL-CSS Nano Self-Cleaning Coatings (super-hydrophobic type) is a stable colorless transparent compounds dispersed in water, it adopts nano TiO2 hydrophobic performance and after the special surface modification technology treatments. This coatings spray or DIP-coating at normal temperatures and Drying & Curing 10-30 minutes at 20° room temperature. And then form a super hydrophobic transparent film, change the contact Angle between object and water and make the objects has the strong hydrophobic and waterproof effect. After spray, the contact angel between water and the objects surface > 140-150°, it will take away the dust of objects surface by the Drip gravity and do not leave the trace of water.
The contact angel between normal glasses and water is 30-40 degree. So the glasses are easy to form a drop and difficult to slide, and during the process of water drying it will easier to adsorb dust and form dirt. This type of Nano Self-Cleaning Coatings solve the problem reasonable.

Using method
Spraying or DIP-coating method
1. The surface cleaning process: To clean the surface of glasses by water or ethanol. To ensure there's no water stain and visible particles, then spray it until dry.
2. After spraying please drying it under room temperature environment at 10-30 minutes.
