Card making processing:
1,put the printed sandwich layer aline with adhesive films and then put into the laminate machine.(please note adhesive side inside).
2,Laminated time usually is 10-15 minute,pressure is 6-8MPa,temperature 120-140.
3,put the laminated sheet out then cutting and punch card
Please Note:laminate temperature, pressure need to according to the actual situation, Under the premiseof without damage the high the better.

Manufacture Method
1) Print image on printing material.
2) Put the printing sheet together with other sheets(other core sheets and coated overlay) and laminate.
3) Take out from the laminator and punch cards.

A4 size, thickness is 0.30mm.
