APPLICATION
1. Tests thin shaft >φ 2 mm with V anvil.
2. Tests small ball >φ 2.5 mm with ball testing anvil.
3. Tests small and irregular stampings with small supporting surface using slim raised spot anvil.
4. Tests tin plate and cold-rolled sheet using HT-20 and diamond raised spot anvil.
5. Tests thin-wall slim pipes >φ 4.8 mm (HT-20T).
FEATURES
1. Tests the superficial hardness of metals.
2. The test principle and accuracy comply to standard ISO6508.
3. With the bench stand it can be used on the desk as well as on site.
4. Tests the hardness of thin plates, slim tubes, thin shafts, small balls and small stampings, workpieces with small supporting surface as well as parts requiring small indentation, replacing Vickers hardness tester.
5. It is used for finished workpiece non-destructive hardness test directly. The small indentation is acceptable to most workpieces.
