Product Description

The superfine glass wool has the characteristics of light weight, low thermal conductivity, good at heat insulation and sound absorption performance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, anti-frozen, earthquake proof, not fear to be destroyed by insects, not puncture to skin, good at chemical stability. It's also convenient to construct and is a kind of light weight, highly efficiency, durable and economical industry thermal insulation materials.

Technology conditions:

Production bulk specific gravity: <20kg/m

Fiberglass diameter; 3-4 micron

Slag content: 0.2%

Thermal conductivity (under room temperature): ≤0.028 w/m. K

Acoustic absorption coefficient: 0.95 for high frequency, see acoustic absorption coefficient table (2) for intermediate frequency and low frequency.

Application temperature: 400C

Mainly produces 19, 24, 29, 34, 39, 44, 54, SR glass wool

Superfine glass wool of waterproof type:

High chemistry purity and acid resistance, weight loss (under 25C, temperature and sulfuric acid electrolyte with specific gravity 1.28): 3%;

Good size stability, available for battery assembly;

High porosity, massively electrolyte to be adsorbed and good at capillarity property, and sulfuric acid electrolyte with specific gravity 1.28 will increase more than 100mm within 5 min;

The porosity is higher than 94%;

The distribution of pore is even, the biggest aperture is less than 17um;

The resistance is lower than 0.0003;

Elongation ratio: 3%;

Thickness: 0.3-3.0mm (under condition of 10Kpa thickness measurement device)

Applications:

They are widely used for various engineering in Acoustic absorption and noise reduction, electricity insulation and thermal insulation in the fields of airplane, train, steamboat, petroleum chemical industry, machinery, metallurgy, water and electricity, medical instrument, national defense industry, such as equipment vessel, large and small pot and tank, hot and cold pipe, drying furnace and drying room, oven, refrigerator, drying oven, freezer, oxygen generator, hot-air generator, thermostatic chamber, air-conditioning system, workshop roofing, outer wall, handle board, etc. They are also widely used in electronic instrument, transistor unit, air filter, steam purification, etc.

Superfine glass wool is mainly used in AGM battery separators, air filters, etc.
