Introduction of magnetic separator:
CTB-S-N wet drum iron sand permanent magnetic separator is usually used for sorting the fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or removing strong magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals. With a deep magnetic field, the machine can make a continuous row of ore feeding and discharge. It also has enough working clearance and high processing capabilities.

1. The magnetic system adopts quality ferrite material and NdFeB magnet.
2. The average magnetic induction of the drum surface is about 100 ~ 600 mT.
3. Downstream tank, half upstream tank,upstream tank or double-drum type can be available.
4. Simple structure, large handling capacity, convenient operation and easy maintenance.
Working principle of magnetic separator:
When the ore pulp folw into the magnetic field, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the drum. The weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are cast off and discharged, while the strong magnetic minerals on the surface of the drum rotate with the drum and will be brought out of magnetic field to complete the sorting operation.
Guide for Model Selection of magnetic separator:
The drum can be equipped with three kinds of tanks. That is downstream tank (Series CTS), upstream tank (Series CTN) and half upstream tank (Series CTB).
The downstream tank (Series CTS) is applicable to rougher flotation and concentration of ore with size: 0~10mm.
The upstream tank (Series CTN) is applicable to rougher flotation and concentration of ore with size: 0~0.6mm and the recovery of heavy-medium in coal preparation industry.
The half upstream tank (Series CTB) is applicable to rougher flotation and concentration of ore with size: 0~1mm.

Gongyi City Machinery Factory (original Kangdian machinery factory, Gong County Machinery Factory) has large and medium-sized equipment 365 sets, 384 employees, consists of six department: Tachnical department, production department, sales department, domestic trade department, international trade department, service department. It is in the east of the provincial capital of Zhengzhou city, there is Hulaoguan Three Kingdoms Battlefield Site; West of Luoyang which is ancient capital of nine dynasties, there is longmen Grottoes which is one of China four famous cave; South of the songshan mountain, there are shaolin Temple and songyang Scademy; North of the Yellow River, there is Sihe yanliu scenic district; Lianhuo Expressway, the Longhai Railway zhengzhou-Xi′ An high-speed rail pass through from east to west, Yellow River bridge line pass through south to nouth. Location is good and transportation is convenient.
