Product Description
HDCNC manual surface grinder with one base casting, and precision machining and grinded, with TF wearable belt. Have good rigidity, high accuracy and smooth moving.
HDCNC manual surface grinder is 92kg including the magnetic chuck. Also the quality of the casing is very different.
Standard accessories: Coolant tank, Balancing stand, Balancing arbor, Wheel flange, Wheel extractor, Leveling wedge and bolt, Manual oil pump, Tool box and tools, Standard grinding wheel, Working lamp, Wheel dresser stand (without diamond pen).
Optional accessories: Liner scale, Permanent magnetic chuck, Parallel wheel dresser, Coolant tank with dust collector, Diamond pen.
HDCNC manual surface grinder with good control box and the electrical parts adopted SIMENSE and other famous brand. The circuit is well designed insure enough safety.
HDCNC manual surface grinder M618 with STEEL guideway which is fixed on the table and saddle. The steel guideway are made in Taiwan with high accuracy, special treated. The high precision steel ball between the steel guide way, this structure make movement very smoothly and improve the efficiency and using life.
