Ban Ki-moon, the secretary general of United Nations proposed the sustainable energy for all in Nov.,2011. In the April of 2014, Beijing Sangliang Technology Development Center chooses two villages in Cambodia to establish an inclusive sustainable green energy industrial small industrialization which can be copied modes. It established biomass energy industry mode which uses uncultivated area-planting sweet sorghum-straw processing sugar-residue processing feed-cattle raising-cow dung processing biogas-lighting and cooking fuel-biogas slurry as fertilizer.

33hectares standard unit, 7months periods, total investment is 190thousands dollars, including 25thousands dollars for biomass energy Yajin sweet sorghum, 4.2thousands dollars for no herbicide, 12.5thousands dollars for fertilizer, 4thousands dollars for non toxic pesticide, 2.1thousands dollars for thresher, 6thousand dollars for feed machine, 3.4thousands dollars for sugar mill, 7.5thousand dollars for ethanol engine, 20thousand dollars for biogas equipment or biomass power generation equioment, 10thousands dollars for accessories and auxiliary facilities, 3.4thousands dollars for technical training, others are transportation costs, living cost, planting and labor processing fee for professions.
Direct benefits:
578thousands dollars, including 225thousands dollars for 250tunsraw sugar, 250thousands dollars for 250tunslow fuel ethanol, 75thousands dollars for 1500tuns straw feed, 3thousands dollars for 90tuns grain.
Indirect benefits:

Non food energy plants viejin sweet sorghum
It is C4 plant whose BX is 18-26%, drought, waterlogging, salinization, the highest PH is 9.5, the area where is 0.9% salinity can be planted. It is suitable for all over the world to plant. Most of the saline and alkaline land, desertified land, uncultivated land and barren mountain can plant sweet sorghum.
The purpose of Viejin sweet sorghum
1, high energy feed: can in place of corn, 1hectare sweet sorghum can take place of 3hectares corn, the average yield of feed is 75-120tuns per hectare.
2, sugar: in place of sugar cane and sugar beet, the average yield of suger is 6tuns per hectare.
3, fuel ethanol: in place of oil, the average yield of fuel ethanol is 7tuns per hectare.
4, wine base: in place of wheat, rice and other grain, the average yield of wine base is 9tuns per hectare.
5, granular fuel: in place of coal, the average yield of granular fuel is 30tuns per hectare.
6, other purposes: MSG, vinegar, fiber board which can be in place of wood board, paper making which can be in place of wood, biological fertilizer which can be in place of wastewater, application to the industrial hydrocarbon hormone, application to the tire industry wax and so on, meanwhile it can loosen the soil, increasing the water retention and soil fertilizer capacity, improving 15% and above of the crop yield, absorption of carbon dioxide, carbon emission reduction.
