Description:
Using a SYCMC-W, controlling to a flat moisture profile with a high average moisture target is possible. The critical proprietary components of the system are the two-stage nozzles that create a balanced and application-matched mixture of air and water. The water nozzles are located in the center of the air nozzles. It can prevent the nozzle fouling and provide precision moisture control effect.
System Functions:
- Use gas-liquid nozzles to make the spray more well-proportioned and exquisite, and the nozzles will not choke under the compressed air;
- Every nozzle can profiled by separate profiler, and the profile accuracy can be 1/2000;
- Profiling zone spacing down to 10 mm gives high profiling capability;
- The humidity increasing unit is composed by stainless steel box and the gas-liquid nozzles without any electric component, so it doesn't need maintenance;
- The nozzles are USA productions and the profilers are Japan productions;
- The range of the humidity increasing is large, so the system can be used both high basis weight and low basis weight papermaking process.

The main products are QCS system(contains ash, coating, measuring), CD caliper measuring & control system(by electromagnetic induction heating technique ), web defects inspection system, paper dry control system(before coating, sizing, impressing and so on), CD basis weight control system, CD moisture control system, smooth control system, color/brightness measuring system, heat pump of steam supply control system, DCS system in pulp & paper industry. All the products are applied on many kinds of paper machines.
The company was selected as 'Zhejiang high-tech companies' by the science and technology department of Zhejiang province in 2000 November. There are 106 employees in the company, and 70% are engineers and managerial personnel. For satisfying the continuously extending business, the Shuangyuan office block (Shuangyuan headquarters) at 1418 Moganshan road in Hangzhou city with a gross floor area of 6 000 square meters is opening.
