Product Description
The fiber sprayer developed by our company is a kind of hi-tech product suitable for FiberMat technique, which is a pioneer in China.
GYXFS1340 fiber sprayer adopts cartridge structure in design of compact conformation, easy operation and convenient construction process. The special spray/spreading device could synchronously realize a continuous construction technique of three processes: First asphalt layer, then fiber layer, finally another asphalt layer, which knits a dense fiber mat structure with interaction. The fast heating device in tank reduces the auxiliary hours before construction and maintains appropriate spray temperature. Heat oil interlayer locates in the asphalt pipeline for heating asphalt by heat oil circulation to keep asphalt runs smoothly in the pipe. Spray unit of special design could regulate asphalt spray volume and fiber spreading volume automatically according to the vehicle speed, which ensures precise and uniform spray and spreading.
