This is the spotting cleaning machine that we made for one of the USA tank car company.
We have made 2sets of equipment for them.
The first one is the soppting cleaning machine, the second one is the spray coating machine.
The 2 sets of machine is the in one line. And the factory layout is about 15m high,

There are inner spray painting booth and outside spray painting booth with drying room together.
Supply air filter Three-dimensional lifts, Spray-frog filter, supply system, and so on.
All the equipment is automatically, with PLC control.
The air after spray is completely collected, and purified.
All the system is energy-saving, environmental protected.
