TD-DM superfine cement
This is a extra self flowing non shrink grout, mainly used for equipment installation and foundation reinforcement.
"TUODA" superfine cement(hereafter referred to as TD-DM), is a kind of ideal ultra-fine cement-based grouting material developed by TuoDa Building Material Co., Ltd, which has good permeability and groutability similar with organic chemistry grouting, but with higher strength and durability and environmental friendliness without pollution to surroundings. TD-DM used for various projects such as foundation reinforcement of complicated geological environment buildings and large-scale equipment, building construction reinforcement, building waterproof, leakage repairing and grouting etc. Based on different operating requirement, TD-DM divided into two Models: TD-DM7000 and TD-DM8000. Surface area of TD-DM7000≥7000cm2/g, average particle diameter about 5-10um, apply to general subtle room grouting. Surface area of TD-DM8000≥8500cm2/g, average particle diameter <20um, apply to more subtle space.
1.Characteristics
a.High efficiency and reliability
TD - DM is kind of high performance grouting material which made of inorganic ultra-fine grain such as superfine cement etc. It has good permeability and durability similar with organic chemistry slurry, but higher strength and durability, without aging phenomenon. Thus TD- DM apply to all kinds of foundation reinforcement of soil environment, sand layer curing processing, all kinds of complex foundation reinforcement and grouting treatment, such as tunnel, subway, dam, highway, bridge, oil Wells, large equipment foundation etc.
b. Security and non-pollution
TD - DM is composed of non-toxic harmless inorganic materials, which chemical composition determined its non-pollution to water, soil and air of surroundings. Compared with other grouting materials, it enjoys higher security, which belongs to the green environmental protection building materials products.
c. High economy
TD - DM enjoys convenience construction, easy operation, and lower price compared with organic chemistry slurry, do not aging after grouting, good durability, available for any kinds of grouting equipment, available for any kinds of grouting method, thus with higher economic efficiency.
2.Application

Construction methods
(1)Select TD-DM7000 or TD-DM8000 based on different crack space size, soil geological environment, grouting foundation conditions and intensity index requirement. Generally, as to the parts with relatively bigger crack space(f ≥0.2mm)or middling coarse sandy layer with relatively larger particle size(about f=0.5mm), suitable to grouting with TD-DM7000; while, for the parts with relatively smaller crack space(0.2mm≥ f ≥0.02mm)or particle size of fine sand and powder sand layer(about f=0.1mm), suitable to grouting with TD-DM8000.
(2)Adjusting appropriate water-cement ratio(usually, TD-DM7000 adjustable range: 0.4~2.0; TD-DM8000 adjustable range: 1.0~5.0), stirring with electric dispersion machine until uniformed ingredients slurry, then pour into the grouting barrel.
(3)Abutting joint the conveying pipe mouth of grouting machine and the grouting mouth that fixed on the base in advance, connecting electric source of grouting machine, then opening valve for grouting, be careful to control the grouting pressure within certain range.(usually within 0.1-0.5Mpa. Different base condition and water cement ratio with different grouting pressure. Two much pressure may formed into splitting grouting, fail to permeate evenly and too small may fail to penetrate to subtle space)
(4)Sealing grouting hole when grouting finished.
(5)Available for segmented grouting as to larger grouting area.
Package and storage
Plastic woven bag, 40kg or 50kg per bag.
Stored in dry and shade place, avoiding moisture, 12 months warranty for unopened products.
