6 Product Sterilization Section
6.1	UHT sterilizer	Five sections, 140ºC for sterilization, temperature endurance (max) 165 0C and maximum pressure endurance is 16 bars. Sterilization temperatures are determined according to characteristic of product to be heated which can be set accordingly to the process requirement through PLC setting. 36ºC(inlet)→75ºC→135~140ºC(sterilization for 20s)→88ºC (filling). Fitted with 500L stainless steel SUS 316L product receiving tank, hot water supplying system, PID temperature control system, automatic steam control equipment, centrifugal hot water pump and motor, 20 seconds holding tube stainless steel SUS 316L and cooling section for product return, CIP system (except the boiler and the pipeline)
