Description of tea beverage line
This tea beverage production line produce several types of tea beverage, i. E. Black tea, green tea, Herbal tea and so on.
This tea beverage production line raw milk can be tea leaves or tea powder or tea concentrate, sugar, stabilizer and flavors etc. The procedure method can be blending-UHT sterilizer-homogenizer-hot filling- cooling tunnel- pacakge and so on.

The complete line includes: Water treatment system, beverage pretreatment system; Blow molding system; Filling system; Downstream packaging system: Labeling machine, packing machine, palletizing system, etc.

RXG series hot filling machine is the standard 3-in-1 monoblock. But to the special production condition, another sanitizer rinsing could be added, that is 4-in-1 monoblock. The system has fully considered the beverage's characteristics( such as the frothing of the tea drink and mixed juice) and the technical requirement of the hot filling.

Technical features:

Full filling is to avoid the bottle from sinking after the bottle cooling off, and to decrease the dissolved oxygen to the utmost extent.

Reasonable structured storage hopper and material supply system keep the material in the constant flow speed, constant pressure and without frothing. Usually high position tank is adopted.
