Fast turn off Thyristors capsule thyristor KK500A1200V
We are a special manufacturer and exporter of various kinds of Capsule & stud Rectifier diode, such as Phase Control Thyristors, Fast-Turn-off Thyristor, High Frequency Thyristor and so on.
The main module include the following:
1) Stud type phase control thyristors or silicon control rectifier (SCR), 5A~500A, 100V~5000V, hermetic metal case with ceramic insulator and hermetic glass-metal seal selectable.
2) Disc type phase control thyristor or silicon control rectifier (SCR), 5A ~ 5000A, 100V ~ 5000V, hermetic metal case with ceramic insulator.
3) Rotary type phase control thyristor or silicon control rectifier (SCR), 300A ~ 500A, 600V ~ 2000V.
Our stud and capsule or disc type of rectifier diodes and thyristors are enjoying very brisk demand in India (DO4, DO5, DO8, DO9) Russia (T161), Korea and Poland etc.
