Product Description
RADARKING data concentrator unit is specially designed for the centralized meter reading via low-voltage power line carrier. For the uplink communication, the modularized public communication network is adopted to be compatible with the communication modes such as GPRS, CDMA, PSTN, network, etc. For the downlink communication, the power line carrier or RS485 interface is adopted to communicate with the concentrator and the KWh meter, and acquire the energy data and events of energy data which will be stored and calculated via the energy concentrator, and be sent to the master station via the uplink channel. Besides, the parameters of KWh meter can be maintained and set as specified by protocols and as required by users.
Features:
1. Data Collecting and Handling— It can monitor and collect real time electricity quantity, month end electricity quantity, day freezing electricity quantity, curve data of interval 1 hour from important user, working status of electricity meter and etc automatically
2. Storage Function— It can manages at least 1000 sets of single phase electricity meters, 200 sets of three phase multi function carrier electricity meters for each concentrate. 31 days 0: 00am freezing data, 12 months end 0: 00am freezing data and 10 important users 10 days 24 on time data.
3. Timing Function— It has time unit which can be timing by master station, the error for time unit is less than 0.5s per day, and it can handle broadcast time adjust for meters in the system.
4. Setting Function— It can set number of concentrates, communication parameters refers to master station, meter reading, master schedule ratio, line loss threshold value, router and meter number.
5. Remote Control Function— Support for remote control through master station.
6. Complement copy, warming, on-site reading, important user, line loss calculation per day, event log, safe working and remote upgrade.

Equipment: We have 260 sets of production and testing equipments, including 7 production lines, more than 20 units of the calibration device such as wave soldering machine, reflow soldering machine, automatic placement machine, plug-in assembly lines, assembly lines, packing lines and etc, which have all meet the production requirement.
Material: Materials are in strict accordance with the requirements of the meters and the procurement of national standards, we have already established a qualified supplier evaluation system, and developed a series of test standard. All the materials have to pass strict test before entering into factory, and then be used in production. Measures have been taken to prevent damp and static electricity to ensure the normal performance of the raw materials.
Craft: To make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the production process, we have developed process documents, to ensure the quality of the products.
Test: We have electronic meter laboratory and full range of test equipments, such as EMC Equipment (ESD, EFTB, SURGE, RF, Attenuation Oscillasion Impulse, DIP, Impulse Current, Pulsed Voltage and etc), Environmental Test Equipment (Alternating Temperature Humidity Test Chamber, Dust Test Devices, Waterproof Test Device, Shock Test Device, Vibration Test Device and etc), R&D Testing Equipment. We make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the test and develop our test documents to ensure the quality of the products.
Environment: Our production base covers an area of 30 acres, and self-building workshop covers an area of 7000 square meters, production and storage area covers more than 5000 square meters.
