Product Description
The WJ series diaphragm gas meter with thermal-conversion devise is a new kind of gas flow meter designed and developed by Shancheng company. It is a new generation of gas flow meter, which can be used for different kinds of basic gas flow meters, IC card gas meters and remote reading gas meters. Its outstanding technical character is to accurately measure the volume of gas flowing through gas meter under different temperature conditions.
Structure Character
1. The case is made of fine steel, with plastic coating, of better corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance.
2. There leaves big room between the case and measuring unit, so as to contain much particles brought in by the gas.
3. The measuring unit adopts rotating valve or sliding valve, cam and shaft, for gas inlet and outlet. It has the merits of compacted structure, steady movement, accurate measurement and high sensitivity.
4. It adopts magnetic transfer or axle transfer device for indication. There's anti-freeze lubricating grease between the magnet and spacer bush, so as to prevent particles from coming in. By doing so it greatly improves its tightness, stability and service life, at the same time decreases mechanical noise.
5. It is installed with anti-reverse-rotation and anti-theft device.
6. The mechanical thermo correction device is fixed on the crank wheel.
