Product Description

PTFE Coated Fabric/Textile

Hongda selects best imported fiberglass as the weaving material to plain knit or specially knit into high-grade fiberglass basic cloth, coating PTFE resin then make it into various PTFE high temperature resistance cloth in different thickness and size.

Feature:
1. Excellent dimensional stability and strong tensile strength due to glass fabrics, extension coefficient is less than 5 ‰ .
2. Outstanding temperature resistance, continuous working temperature from -70 to 260 ° C
3. Surface friction coefficient is very low, good electrical insulation, strong resistance to electric arc
4. Superior non-stick surface, easy to clean, anti-combustion, anti-aging
5. Strong resistance to all chemicals (except for molten alkaline metals and certain highly reactive-fluorinated agents)

Application:
1. For molding: Mold-releasing sheets.
2. For printing: Drying screen-printing machines.
3. For apparels: Adhesive interlining belts.
4. For food processing: Conveyor belt, heat sealers, frozen food transportation, defrosting belt and baking belt, oven liner, BBQ liner, toast sheet
5. For packing: Shrink film packaging and side band sealing.
6. For office equipments: Paper conveyor belt of copiers.
