The main treating methods include Cyclone Separation, Filter, Electrostatic trapping, washing, absorption, condensation, burning, catalytic combustion, catalytic reduction, etc.

3. System configuration

The whole solution consists of waste gas collection system, treatment system and air exhausting system. Its key functions are focused on collection and treatment systems.
The collection system has local exhaust-hood, air quality adjustable valves and pipes. The treatment system mainly includes dust separator, condenser and activated carbon adsorption devices. The absorbent as the main medium of treating waste gas, its nature and concentration will be changed along with different gas-nature. The quality (per unit gas needed) is depends on calculating the Molar flow ratios between absorbent and inert gas.
