[Application Method]
1. Tear the package of the syringe and take it out carefully;
2. Pinch the middle of the syringe with your fingers and take off the tip cap;
3. Lie on your back, push the gel deep into the vagina, and stop pushing in case of any discomfort or obstruction to avoid hurting the tissue, and inject the gel into the vagina slowly;
4. Take out the syringe softly and maintain the supine gesture for 15min;
5. Use one tube of the Life I gel every other day and one tube of the Health II gel daily.

[ATTENTION]
1. Use before sleeping, and prevent the flow-out of the gel from the body as far as possible after use, so as to ensure the effect;
2. It is prohibited to use this product for those having no sexual experience or in gestation, lactation or menstruation, and resume two days after menstruation;
