Product Description

The spiral extrusion excrement solid-liquid separator is that gets solid and liquid organic fertilizer from the liquid in organism (such as wood, grass, dust and animal wastes, etc. ) by spiral extrusion and solid dissociation.

The dissociated solid has low moisture content and is easy to be transported to field or distant regions short of fertilizer. It can be used as organic complex fertilizer to improve soil environment, excellent fertilizer for planting and good feed for breeding chicken, duck and fish. The dissociated liquid can be introduced into methane tank to be converted to fuel energy through anaerobic treatment, and the problem of short service life methane tank caused by solid residue clogging can be resolved

The material is delivered into main engine by delivery pump, the dry matter is aqueezed out from the front after spiral extrusion, and the liquid outflowa from the outlet pipe underneath.
