Product Description
The gypsum board is a kind of building materials, which are now been widly used in building. It has the advantages of fire PVC gypsum ceiling board is laminating PVC film in front side and aluminum film in back side of paper faced gypsum board. The features are waterproof, moisture proof, flame resistant, thermal insulation, radiation proof, anti-sagging, non-deformed, etc.
The main process of gypsum board lamination machine is as following: (laminate one side in one time)
Paper faced gypsum board --------laminate aluminum foil --------overturn -----laminate PVC sheet ------cutting machine----dust collecting -----seal the edges-----finished board
Main equipments of gypsum board lamination machine:

2. PVC film and aluminum foil lamination machine
The lamination machine is used to paste the decorative film and boards together. First, put the board on the rollers. After the dust collection process, coat the glue on the boards, the glue will be qualitatived after conveying on the guide rollers. Then it will be combined with the film and enters into the recombination mechanism. After passing and cyclic rolling of the two lines of press roller, pinch roller and forming roller, the recombination is finished.
3. Automatic cutter of the laminated gypsum board
The machine is used for cutting the laminated gypsum boards to be certain small pieces which are going to be used in the decoration. First, put the boards on the conveying rollers, then go to the first cutting device. After passing the second cutting device, the board will be formed.
4. The Electrostatic Pulse Bag Style Dust Collector
The machine is used in the dust collector of the automatic cutter of the laminated gypsum board. It equipped with big sized dust exhaust fan and dust exhaust pipe. It can efficiently reach to the purpose of the dust exhausting.

This machine is used to pack finished gypsum board, it is a kind of advanced package way. Pack the gypsum board with the film as a cover, when it passes through the heating room, the film will become shrink, so as to moisture proof.
