HD(A) Series multi-directional motions mixer is a novelty material mixer extensively used in Pharmacy, Chemical industry, Metallurgical Industry, Food, Light industry, Agriculture and so on, The machines can very evenly mix powder or granules, so that the mixed materials can reach their best effect.
Working principle
The mixing barrel is supported by the driving and driven shafts which are crossed in space and also vertical to each other, and are respectively connected by Y-type universal joints, so that the mixing barrel makes unique translation, turning, turning over motions in Three-dimensional space, thereby speeds up the flow and diffusion of the materials being mixed, while avoids the specific gravity segregation of materials due to the action of centrifugal force in an ordinary mixer, and ensures the materials to reach an ideal mixing within a short time.
Features:
1. It has a unique driven shaft servo mechanism, so that the whole machine makes smooth and reliable operation with less vibration and low noise.
2. The equipment does not need a foundation and features convenient erection and maintenance as well as long service life.
3. T can ensure a good mixing effect and the mixing time is short. The evenness of mixing reaches above 99.5%;
4. Its charge coefficient reaches 85%, more than double that of an ordinary rotary mixer.
5. Thanks to its low height and small rotating space, it usually does not need skip floor.
6. The eccentrica cone design of the discharge end of the mixing barrel ensures discharge free of dead corner and residue, so it is easy to clean and conforms to the requirement of GMP.
7. HD (A) series multi-directional motions mixer can smooth run, timing, deceleration down under low-speed start-up, rated speed. Automatic shutdown location of the machine is out of the best locations for out or in of materials.
