Product Features:
1. The product is divided into three phase, single phase two, as the core dry;
2. The iron core is made of high quality cold-rolled silicon sheet copper, high speed punch punching and shearing, has smaller burr and uniform rules, laminated neat and beautiful, to ensure that the reactor is running low temperature rise low noise performance;
3. The coil is made of high quality insulation wire, via dedicated machine winding, have good flatness, the advantage of beautiful appearance;
4. The reactor in the process of assembly, all is through anticorrosive processing, key clip with non-magnetic material, and the preliminary drying-vacuum varnished-heat drying curing this process, the reactor coil and iron core firm become an organic whole, greatly reduces the run-time temperature rise and noise, effectively improve the quality factor of the reactor and reduce the effect of the harmonic;
5. Reactor size reference standard cabinet put oneself in another's position size shape desigh, small size, convenient connection, greatly saves the user cost of cabinet put oneself in another's investment.
Using the environment:
1. The height is not more than 2000 meters above sea level;
2. Run the environment temperature 25 degrees to + 45 degrees, relative humidity is no more than 90% around;
3. No harmful gases, no inflammable and explosive articles;
4. The environment should have good ventilation conditions, such as loading, inside ark should be aquipped with ventilation equipment.
The performance index and technical parameters:
1. Can be used for 400V, 60V systems;
2. The reactance rate is: 1% 6% 7% 12% 14%;
3. The stress levels for 5 kv/min insulation class: B, F, H and noise 60db, or less overload capacity within 1.35 times or less work continuously, 1.8times over current.
