Product Description
Working principle:
1. Both-way electric energy metering: provides precise positive-negative active energy metering and one-way accumulating; used for power metering and advance purchase of AC single-phase current rated
2. Advance purchase quantity, preset maximum load-limit and IC card password; IC card transfers data and realizes data including total consumption, remaining quantity, accumulated quantity and total purchases) backward reading
3. Storage of leave-factory serial number, meter constants, initial data and the user's name and address
4. Alarm and switch off when overload; alarm at low remaining power to remind user of timely purchasing

4. The meter section adopts the special VDSL and has the functions of high sensitivity, high precision, wide measuring range, long lifespan. It can meter 1 to 20 times harmonization wave power.
5. It adopts infrared remote control card and dynamic data encryption technique to confirm the user information. One card only for one meter, fake card is forbidden.
6. It adopts high-power bistable latching relay to switch frequently in the heavy current mode.
7. It adopts double data checkup and back-up to confirm the data security. The data can be stored for over 20 years as the power is cut off.
8. Low starting current, accurately measure the small & heavy current and no creeping, the user should not change the meter as the load increases.
9. The user can use the infrared card to read all the balance electricity quantities back to the system, the system can analyze the data to count the power consumption and profit & loss.
10. As the meter can't work because of the error, it will automatically cutoff to decrease the power consumption
11. As the voltage is over its setting value, the meter will automatically cutoff the power to protect the equipment and start the inside guard circuit to protect itself from burning down.
12. As the current load is over the setting value, the meter will automatically cutoff the power.
13. As the balance is 0 and relay can't cutoff the power, the meter will measure normally; the balance is negative value that will be reduced from the next purchasing quantity.
14. It can test the current power and record the maximum load within this purchasing term.

Equipment: We have 260 sets of production and testing equipments, including 7 production lines, more than 20 units of the calibration device such as wave soldering machine, reflow soldering machine, automatic placement machine, plug-in assembly lines, assembly lines, packing lines and etc, which have all meet the production requirement.
Material: Materials are in strict accordance with the requirements of the meters and the procurement of national standards, we have already established a qualified supplier evaluation system, and developed a series of test standard. All the materials have to pass strict test before entering into factory, and then be used in production. Measures have been taken to prevent damp and static electricity to ensure the normal performance of the raw materials.
Craft: To make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the production process, we have developed process documents, to ensure the quality of the products.
Test: We have electronic meter laboratory and full range of test equipments, such as EMC Equipment (ESD, EFTB, SURGE, RF, Attenuation Oscillasion Impulse, DIP, Impulse Current, Pulsed Voltage and etc), Environmental Test Equipment (Alternating Temperature Humidity Test Chamber, Dust Test Devices, Waterproof Test Device, Shock Test Device, Vibration Test Device and etc), R&D Testing Equipment. We make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the test and develop our test documents to ensure the quality of the products.
Environment: Our production base covers an area of 30 acres, and self-building workshop covers an area of 7000 square meters, production and storage area covers more than 5000 square meters.
Management: We have a high efficiency, innovative, serious management team, and the factory has already passed ISO9001-2008 QMS.
