2T Series [2500PSI Rated, standard Duty]
The standard 2T series tie-rod cylinders are designed from 2 " -5" bore size. 2500PSI rated operating pressure, 4000PSI proof pressure.
Construction and Materials
Gland -- High grade ductile iron
Rod Wiper -- Metal encased nitrile rubber
Tie Rod -- High tensile steel
Rod -- Chrome Plated C1045 Steel
Piston -- High grade ductile iron, precision machined
Rod Seal -- Polyurethane U-Cup, dual-lips
Tube -- Cold Drawn tubing with precision skived
Rod Clevis -- Ductile iron
Piston Seal-- Glass filled Teflon seal come with o-ring expander
Ports -- NPTF for 2T, SAE ORB for 3T
Tube Seal -- O-Ring with anti-extrusion backup washer
End Caps -- High grade ductile iron
Piston Wear Ring (for 3T Series Only) -- Glass filled nylon Wear Ring.
Paint Color -- Semi-gloss black, or other customized colors
