Timing belts are manufactured in termoplastic polyurethane that gives superior wear and abrasion resistance. Various grades of steel cords offer good running characteristics, even with high tractive loads.
Alternative reingorcement cords such as Kevlar(K), High Flex(HF), High performance(HP) and High Performance Flex(HPF)are avaliable.
Additional Nylon coating could be added on the teeth and /or the surface, enhances the running properties for specific applicantions.
Extra polyurethane could be covered on the surface, offering extra protection against aggressive or heavy products.
