Our timing belts use internationally recognized raw material formulation and are manufactured according to strict technical criteria such as plump tooth profile, long service life, low noise and complete specification.
The materials we used for timing belts are predominantly CR and HNBR. The two materials are imported from Japan, Germany and USA and have good thermo tolerance, aging-resistance and good chemical stability.
HNBR timing belts offer even better performance as following:
1). Extremely good oil-resistance: HNBR has extremely low expansibility and higher oil resistance.
2). Good durability: The dynamic characteristics of the HNBR timing belt are better than those of the CR timing belt, so the former naturally is the preferred transmission belt of middle and top-grade automobiles.
3). Excellent abrasion performance: The abrasion value of the HNBR timing belt is less than that of the CR timing belt which acts to extend the belts life and reduce noise pollution.
