JXSC spiral chute have extremely good performance and effects in processing and refining the mineral sand from beach, riverside, seashore and stream. The spiral separator is mainly used for beneficiation of gold, zircon, tungsten, iron sand, black sand, limonite, chromites, Chromium, Titanium, and Rutile minerals.

JXSC spiral separators are made of high quality polyurethane with fiber glass lining and wearable corundum inner surface. Generally there are 5 turns in one start and four starts in one column. They can be used for mineral particle sized from 0.02 to 0.3 mm, with processing capacity from 2 to 4 t/h per column. 4 or 6 columns can be joined to form a bank with distributor on the top to suit capacity requirements.
