Shenzhou Omega Baking Machinery Co., Ltd. Was established in March 1984. In the year of 2004, OMEGA joint venture with Korea HAN YONG Enterprise, and both play their respective advantages to focus on R & D and manufacture of advanced high-quality baking equipment.

2009, OMEGA invested in 20 million U. S. Dollars for building a modern factory which located in Shenzhou City, Hebei Province of China Science and Technology Industrial Park, and then purchased large quantities of advanced equipment. OMEGA company now has two factories with a total land area of 63000M2, an area of 45000M2 of modern plant and an area of 5000M2 integrated office building which has Baking Equipment Research Office, product exhibition, marketing and after-sales service offices, training rooms and other facilities.

OMEGA company has 385 employees, In which 32 senior technical staff and 55 MID-level technical personnel.
