- Payment terms: 100% TT(for small amount). 30%TT balance against inspeciton or B/L, Paypal, Western union, etc...
- Shipping terms: Can be delivered by EMS/UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT(for small packages in your charge) or via sea transportion according to the weight & volume of the cargo.
- Shipping port: Usually, the price we quoted is based on FOB Ningbo/Shanghai. If you have other specified port, please advice in advance, famous port in China like Guangzhou, etc. If you need to CIF, CFR or other terms, also please advice when you get inquries.
Order Process
1. Inquiry: please send us the details of the production you need, if it's your own designa, please send the pictures, size, material and other information. If our existing products, please send the pictures or the model number.
2. Quotation: Price will be offered within 24 hours.
3. Order placed: We will send you the Proforma Invoice(PI) for both partys' confirmation.
4. Payment: Do the payment as the contracted terms.
5. Production: Samples(or mass production samples) will be showed to you for your confirmation before(when) we have the mass prodction to ensure everything is right.
6. Shipment: Goods will be deliverd as the contracted terms.
7. Arrived at the destination: warehouse or port, will be depend on the contracted terms.
8. After sales service: When we got feedback from customers that all is ok, and the whole process will be completed.

Please check the packages carefully when you got the products at your place, if the products have damage or quality problems, please get back to us as soon as possible. Also get some pictures of the damage or quality products, so that we can check under the pictures. The replacement or refuned will be offered if the problems are our duty. But please noted that, do not defamation at random, we will not accept at this. Hope you can understand.
We have established our smoking sets factory in China sine the year of 1998, and in the year of 2012, we open one cigarette filter tube factory in Istanbul, Turkey. as you know, our China factory produce the cigarette filter tube machine, cigarette rolling machine, cigarette case, tobacco box and others, we are the one of professional factory for make your own cigarettes. it is so popular day by day to make ourself cigarettes, because it is so easy and save our pocket money, our produce is high quality, and reasonable price, so it is accepted by all over the world coustomers. Our filter tube production line is manufactured by the French cigarette filter tube manufacturing machine brand, Decoufle(SH3, MAX-DT and HPD Packaging unit, 2013) with the latest version. Our cigarette paper is supplied from German fine paper manufacturer Julius Glatz GmbH. Additionally our tipping paper is supplied from an Austrian Company Tann Papier GmbH. By utilizing HB Fuller's expertise in cigarette manufacturing adhesives, in all our processes HB Fuller's Glues (cigarette paper, side seam and even at carton hotmelt gluing) are used.
We're also producing our filters on our own with two filter machines using well known Celanese brand Acetate Tow and highest quality filter plug wrap paper from OP Papirna, a fine paper manufacturing division of Delfort Group. Triacetine used to plasticize the tow, is the food grade biological compound which is manufactured in UK Tennants Fine Chemicals. so our filter tube is the best qulity for cigarette.
