High Speed Toothbrush Hair Tufting Machine
I Description:
This machine is used for tufting toothbrush hair.
II Feature
1- The three major actuation of the planting machine: round-trip duel-cam unspaced transmission is adopted for bristle mouth, wire feeding and wire cutting. The transmission is very easy and smooth. Technical performance is highly required, and such tufting machine is unique.
2- The material of the 3 sets (6) of cams for the round trip of wire feeding and cutting by bristle mouth is 0.20mm thick bearing steel (G Cr15). The HRC hardness of the part from the surface inward 0.20mm is 60-62 degrees, and the internal HRC hardness is 45-50 degrees.
3- The material of fixed and movable bristle-feeding knives is imported DC53. Its overall HRC hardness is 60±1 degrees, and the arc runout tolerance of the movable knife is ±0.01mm.
4- The material of piston rod of bristle mouth base and wire-cutting piston rod is bearing steel (G Cr15). Its overall hardness is 60±1 degrees.
5- The material of small shafts at special part is W18 Cr4 V2. The HRC hardness of the part from the surface inward 0.20mm is 61-63 degrees, and the internal HRC hardness is 50-55 degrees. Such material is wear-resistant and not easy broken.
6- All bearings are imported from Japan.
7- For lateral ( X axis), longitudinal ( Y axis ), bristle replacement ( A axis ) and chuck rotation ( Z axis ), Delta AB driver and servo motor produced in Taiwan are applied, the power of which is 400W.
8- Clamp plate, dabbing cylinder and electromagnetic valve are of SMC brand of Japan. Other pneumatic components are of Mindman brand of Taiwan.
9- Overall swing (rotation) is applied for the bristle box of YC-3A three-color toothbrush tufting machine, which can produce 4mil and 5mil Dupont wire toothbrush.
10- If the voltage is 110V and 60HZ, one 3000W transformer shall be added.
