Metal Abrasive(Steel Grit) Capability Introduction:
Raw material is non casting bearing steel, it is crushed after quenching, then it is tempered. Product features with wear resistance and high impact toughness. According to different application, steel grit is devided into below 3 types:
GH: Hardness>60HRC
This type is specially developed for granite cutting with stable performance, uniform grain size and high wear resistant. It has been approved by our customers that angular steel grit are sharper, faster cutting speed than arc steel grit and sawing surface finished is flatter and smoother.
GL: Hardness>53-60HRC
It is angular shape in the originals and is gradually ground round, especially applicable to removing the oxygenated surface, cleaning of metal parts and shot peening
GP: Hardness> 40-50HRC
The hardness is lower than type B, In the process of the abrasives blasting. Its edges are removed slowly, especially applicable to removing the oxygenated surface, cleaning of metal parts and pre-treatment.
Our alloy steel grit is of angular shape, the angular surface of alloy metal abrasive is much sharper than traditional melt-casted steel grit. It improves better blasting efficiency, save more time and cost than traditional melt-casted steel grit.
