TP-PF-V300 industrial protein bar automatic packing machinery
One. Descriptive abstract:
This machine is suitable for packing powder materials of small bag, such as milk powder, bean milk powder, amylum, medicines powder, pesticide powder, coffee powder flavoring powder and so on. The common sealing way is three sides sealing, with printing system for three lines.
The whole machine is made of stainless steel.
Two. Characteristics:
1. Lathing auger screw to guarantee the precise filling accuracy
2. Full stainless steel 304 material
3. PLC control and all function is displayed with digital screen.
4. Packing material include several kinds of heat-seal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE, PET/PE, NYLON etc.
5. The processes of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically.
6. The auger is rotating to fill products; Furthermore, the filling range can be adjusted automatically through computer
