Composite TPU Seam Sealing Tape consists of two layers: A environmental friendly TPU film and a specially developed Hot Melt Adhesive film. The great advantage of Composite TPU Tape is that it has a Low application temperature and a High processing speed, which can largely improve the seam sealing efficiency comparing to using the ordinary single layer TPU Tapes. Also, it inherits ordinary TPU Tape's properties such as its excellent low temperature resistance, oil resistance, folding resistance, dry cleaning resistance, washability, wearability and tensile strength. It shows optimum water resistance and adhesive force to all kinds of PU, PVC coating fabrics and its associated products. Benefiting from its low application temperature, it can protect the fabric and avoid scorching the coating during manufacturing.

Applications:

2. The using condition varies from the fabrics' composition and structure. Therefore, we provide free lab test service on your fabrics in order to ensure the most suitable using condition.
3. The actual water-wash resistance temperature is related to the fabric's composition and structure.
4. This product has a matt surface, and it is matt after being welded on the fabric.

Storage condition:
This product must be kept in a dry & volatile solvent free storehouse at a temperature of between -5° C and 35° C and with a relative humidity between 40% and 80%. The pile-up height should be less than 3 cartons. Pile up outdoors and direct exposure to sun light are strictly forbidden.
