Tubular Sterilization machine for Tea Beverage
The machine has characteristics such as compact structure, effective sterilization, convenient operation, wide adaptation, low cost and so on. According to users' needs, it can be supplied separately UHT sterilization system, including tube-type sterilizing machine, preheating tank, and insulation tank, the homogenizer interfaces can prevent formatting milk stone, with the pasteurization function. It can also available the entire unit, including UHT sterilizing system and flash degassing system.
Usage
It's widely used in milk, juice, tea drinks, milk drinks, ketchup, condiments, beer, butter, ice cream, egg products, powder and other products.
Characteristics
1. The huge viscosity range. The use environment PH value is 1-14. It is suitable for sterile production of fresh milk, pasteurized milk, yogurt, colored milk, juice, tea drinks, wine, ice cream, soy milk, beverage, jam, butter and other products. The products produced by UHT sterilization system can maintain 3-6 months under normal temperature (do not add any preservatives), thus eliminating the cold chain.
2. The equipment is automatically or semi-automatically controlled by computer with LCD touch screen operation.
3. Instantaneous processing maintains the original flavor of the products.
4. PID temperature control system, sterilization temperature recorded continuously in real time.
5. The product has uniform heat treatment, heat recovery up to 90%.
6. The tube inside without any contact, no health dead corners, and the products will not adhere to the tube, and the bellows can form high turbulence in sterilization process, with a self-cleaning effect, so it is difficult to form tube fouling and pollution.
