To make the work pieces tumble continuously during shot blasting process, the HQ32 series rubber apron/crawler blasting machine is mainly used in forging work pieces and metal work pieces., the HQ32 series rubber apron/crawler shot basting cleaning machine can be used not only as a single machine, but also as a part of a line.
Features1. This shot blasting machine uses wear proof rubber belt to load castings.
2. The tumble blast machines with rubber belt conveyor are employed for the surface treatment of batches of parts, loaded manually or automatically by means of a hydraulic skip loader.
3. The belt conveyor is made of wearproof rubber. Its rotation makes the parts tumbling, and by this movement the whole surfaces of the parts are exposed to the shots thrown by the turbines.
4. The offloading of the parts is obtained by the rotation of the belt conveyor in the opposite sense. Parts can fall directly into the empty container or through an offloading belt or vibrating conveyor.
